Very incredibly true.

OH LOOK
IT’S THIS BULLSHIT AGAIN

It also doesn’t mean they’re unhealthy. Oh look, it’ fat shaming in disguise

Another example of the “oh but you’re not healthy” sentiments being used as a way to continue to shame people who are fat.  Be real: the “oh but you’re not healthy” bs isn’t about health.  How often do we look at people who are thin and unhealthy (since not all health problems come down to fat) and think “ew, they’re not healthy”?
As someone who strives for a healthy lifestyle and is neither thin nor fat, it’s continually worth pointing out that it is possible to:
-Love and accept fatness-Appreciate all types of beauty, regardless of weight-Understand that the relationship between health & weight is way more complicated than “fat=unhealthy, thin=healthy”. -Love and strive for healthiness in your own life-Butt the fuck out.  Other peoples’ “health”/”non-health”, diet, and bodies as you perceive them is none of ya business.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

oh look, still relevant.  (even for bloggers on tumblr who think it’s chill to shame people who make the personal decision to live healthily/get in better shape/etc.)
fat shaming, skinny shaming, fitness shaming, and any other kind of body policing bullshit can kiss my ass and promptly exit the room.

Ugh just SERIOUSLY. Can all you people who careSO much about my health just SHUT YOUR MOUTH. Please be honest with me and yourself and ADMIT IT. You don’t care about my health. You care about feeling superior to me because you’re thinner or simply less fat than me.  You care about putting fat girls in their place because  you can’t fathom how someone who is fat doesn’t feel the shame and sadness that you do about your body. You care SO much about YOUR body and how much shit society is giving you for being a woman, that you’re adding to the bullshit that society is giving me for being a FAT woman.  Don’t like fat people, no problem! That’s your right, to not like whomever you please but don’t you DARE hide behind the ridiculous lie that you care about fat peoples health. Grow some balls and say “I don’t like you because you’re fat” or keep it to yourself.
